COMMON AREA CLEANING SERVICES

Updated: Sep 28, 2023

Why do you need a Common Area Cleaning Checklist?

HOAs and Property Managers exist for two main reasons. First, they exist to protect property values. Second, they exist to give residents and tenants a pleasant experience living in the community and thriving in their place of business. These two purposes converge when it comes to caring for community common areas and amenities. By doing a good job managing amenities and common areas, property managers and HOAs can pay for themselves by increasing property values and helping residents/tenants enjoy a clean and pleasant environment.

At Naples Commercial Cleaning Services, we pride ourselves on our approach to common area cleaning; our attention is primarily focused on communication between all three stakeholders in common area cleaning: HOAs, property managers, and the cleaning service.

We are always liaising with our property managers and HOA’s to ensure excellent customer service. We will inform you if we observe any problem areas; we are flexible and can make changes to our existing service for special projects and quality check-in regularly with our valued clients.

The Common Area Cleaning Checklist

1. Pool Deck and Clubhouse

Is the pool area of your community consistently clean? Are the clubhouse and bathrooms sparkling? Pool decks can quickly get cluttered and accumulate trash. Furniture moved out of place can quickly make the deck crowded and unusable.

2. Foyers, stairwells, hallways

High-traffic common areas get dirty. Tenants do not want to walk through unsightly foyers, stairwells, or hallways. Making a good first impression is what we do. Residents, tenants, and guests should have a pleasant experience walking through these common areas.

Naples Commercial Cleaning Services uses CDC-approved approved chemicals and processes. Spot cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all need to be done frequently in these high-traffic areas.

3. Windows & Glass

Fingerprints on glass doors and stains on windows are unsightly. We make sure you get your glass surfaces cleaned regularly to keep your property in top shape.

4. High Touch Surfaces

Sanitizing high-touch surfaces like door handles, elevator buttons, and light switches is a must for community health and wellness. We provide just what you need using CDC-approved chemicals and processes for sanitizing surfaces.

5. Trash disposal

We work with HOAs and property managers to ensure trash receptacles are emptied and clean. Naples Commercial Cleaning Services disposes of regular and recycled trash and will also pressure wash dumpster areas as requested.

6. Parking lots

We are your eyes in your parking lots. For safety reasons, parking lots must be kept free of debris. Naples Commercial Cleaning Services will pick up trash, blow out, and pressure wash as directed. We will report any potholes or other surface-related issues, as well as any illegal activity.
